Why are your prices public?
Transparency builds trust. My packages have a clearly defined scope and effort – which is why I can guarantee fixed prices. You know from the outset exactly what to expect, with no hidden costs or opaque hourly billing.
Are these all the projects you offer?
No – these four packages cover the most common enquiries. I also offer further ESG and climate projects, for example Scope 3 decarbonisation, sustainability strategies, ClimateTech impact assessments or portfolio analyses for investors. Raise your specific requirements in the scoping call.
What happens if my scope differs?
Before the project starts, we run a scoping call to make sure the chosen package fits your requirements. If the scope shifts during the project, we discuss transparent add-on options. Minor adjustments are usually covered by the package price.
How do you differ from large consulting firms?
I combine boutique expertise with transparent pricing. You work directly with an experienced senior consultant (no junior teams), benefit from faster delivery, and pay fair prices without the brand-name premium. My tool-supported methodology (e.g. multiplye.ai) makes projects more efficient.
Are there discounts for multiple projects or sites?
Yes. When you combine multiple packages (e.g. carbon footprint + VSME) or need more than 10 sites in the climate risk analysis, I offer bespoke package pricing. Raise this in the scoping call.
What data and input do you need from us?
At project kick-off you receive structured templates for data collection (Google Sheets). The effort on your side is typically 5–10 hours for data gathering plus workshop participation. We make the process as efficient as possible.
Are the reports audit-ready and regulatorily compliant?
Yes. My VSME reports are EFRAG-aligned, climate risk analyses follow TCFD standards, and carbon footprints are based on the GHG Protocol. All deliverables are prepared so they can be used for external audits, customer requirements or reporting.
